    I have stayed at mountains backpackers every time I was in Kathmandu and I have never been disappointed. It’s really a perfect place where to chill and meet good people. For sure the cleanest place I have slept in Nepal, all accompanied by a very young and nice staff. Strongly recommended!

    Krishna and the rest of the guys working here are super nice and accommodating. The beds and duvets are extremely comfy. We will be back and we'll use the hostels as our travel hub.

    Helpful staff, great location in Thamel. Good shower. Nice and clean with very comfortable beds. We stayed in the family room and had a great nights sleep.

    Krishna the receptionist is very friendly and helpful on how to get around. I had a short stay here before I went trekking and he instantly recognised me, even though I was away for weeks. This little gesture truly made me feel at home. :) They also kept my big luggage safe and tidy, it was a relief. Although the location is quite in the middle of everything, nights were quiet.

    Breakfast is good. Receptionist Krishna is a nice guy. 24 hours hot water facility is available. All is good. Thumbs up.
