Away from the tourist zoo in Petra. Nice view over the valley. Good spacious rooms. Dinner was good.

They were so accommodating. Wanting to make sure I made it to breakfast even though they were waiting on only me, upgrading my room for free, letting me check in early. Everything was great.

The room was clean, it had a nice view of the mountains. There is a nice big indoor pool. Daily cleaning, friendly staff.

I liked the location, friendliness of staff, food especially breakfast, cleanliness, swimming pol with gym and their facilities. They offered great coffee (nespresso capsules) for free the rooms. The variety of TV channels, the comfy beds and most importantly the view from the room overlooking the gorgeous mountains of Petra.

Staff was wery kind and helpful. They even upgraded our room to a better one with no extra charges. Breakfast was excellent.

The food was amazing - and the staff even better, from the welcome to the waiters to the manager to the reception. One of the chefs (when complimented on his dessert) said 'I cook from the heart'. Wonderful view and perfect location to look over Petra. The only improvement that could be made is that it has recently been painted, and the carpets need a hoover and the corridors a bit of airing to get rid of the smell. I think they are trying to upgrade the facilities, which would be welcome. But otherwise, a perfect hotel to stay in that allows you to see the wonders of Petra without being in the middle of the bustling town.

If it was peak season the location of the hotel would be nice to get away from the crowds, however, off season it was almost deserted. There are good views across the valley. A car is needed if you are going to stay this far from the town although there is a shuttle. The room was fairly large and comfortable with tea/coffee and water available. Staff were helpful with requests.

Is one of the best hotels in the area. But accomodation in Petra is horror. So take this into consideration. The hotel has a nice bar selling alcohol (rare place for Jordania) and a clean swimming pool. Also, a nice gym and some clean shops inside with fair prices, comparing to the ones inside Petras's walls
