    La comida muy bien , variada y bien cocinada, continuamente te ofrecen extras para que subir importe, bajo supuesta gratuidad, no limpiaron la habitacion en cinco dias,no reponieron el minibar en ningun momento , ni toallas limpias ni limpieza de ningun tipo..

    Our reception was very, very bad. Although we arrived at the deadline at 2 pm, we received the room at 3 pm and it was possible that we received it after that, but we asked to meet with the hotel manager and we wanted to make a complaint. The loud voice was heard from the mobile receptionist. The beach is very bad and neglected and is packed with herbs and there is no cleaner one on the beach. The entertainment team is very weak and boring the same program every day. There is no interest in Egyptians and there is interest in foreigners only so that the worker smiles to the foreign guest and when asked any Egyptian person has the features of his face change at all. The towels in the hotel are ballet and very old. The lobby of the hotel is not clean

    The hotel facilities (pool, beach, restaurant and lobby) met my expectations. I appreciated receiving a phone call from the management to ask if I have any concerns. The hotel location in Soma Bay is great, giving the hotel an extra advantage over other hotels in Hurghada and Sah Hasheeh.

    - nice beach. - big pool - simple kids club. -Housekeeping staff were friendly. -The Italian restaurant had a nice ambience and helpful staff but not a big variety of food if you are looking for it. - water dispensers available around the pool and the beach. - the food was ok.

    The food was great, the Italian restaurant overlooking the sea had a great view. The swimming pool was OK (size wise) but there were no activities at all. The reception clerks were all professional and friendly. Overall; the hotel was clean and chic, the rooms were neat and the furniture was elegant.

    Beach time it's the best for me food improvement was good this time the chef's did good job but need more choices no different between Egyptian or asian or Italian or European or what ever fair treatment for all big thanks to Mr. Mohammed fakhri for his respect and understanding and good management skills thanks to Mr. Refat the Housekeeping manager for his excellent service's
