    The Staff were very friendly as well as being professional- this applied to all of the Team that we dealt with. The room was spotlessly clean we had a lovely comfortable bed .

    Liked the design with good quality wood, marble and cotton. High ceiling room was nice. Very elaborate minibar drinks in the room. Location was great, close to the financial district for business and Seaport to have fun in the night. Room was silent which is great in NYC. Free shuttle service was convenient. Friendly staff!:)

    Very comfortable bed. We had the “cheapest” room to the back but it was very calm and we had no issues with any noise. Great to borrow free bicycles.

    Excellent service, helpful staff, great location near the waterfront, Brooklyn bridge, dining. Quiet, spacious room. Nice breakfast and restaurant.

    The area around the hotel very vibrant with a lot of cafe and restaurants. Spacious, clean and very comfortable room with a lot of storage space. Wonderful bathroom. The hotel staff always gentle and helpful.
