    A pleasant place to stay but, bearing in mind the cost, which was a bit more than seemed appropriate, it was adequate rather than great. The staff stood out as very good, friendly and helpful.

    The Mucky Duck staff were extremely accommodating of my request for a very early check-in. I was working night shifts and was able to order a take away meal to eat during the night, which was lovely and very convenient. My room had black-out blinds which enabled me to sleep during the day. Breakfast was very good. And Rufus....Rufus is an adorable Sprocker and I was very tempted to bring him home! I will certainly be staying here again! 😊

    Pet friendly.Fab location. Great breakfast. Large comfortable room. Amazon shower. Extra large bath sheets. Nice toiletries. Great choice tea coffee. Would highly recommend here.

    Arrived at the Mucky Duck and were well looked after and greeted by a lovely lady . We told them we were leaving very early next morning and would not be at breakfast, We were told ah thats Ok we can make you a roll to take with you. Great we thought thats a nice touch but then we were told, oh no we cant do that a s we cannot leave it in your room as we don't have the keys - really !

    The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast delicious and very generous. Enjoyed having a couple of drinks at the bar and the staff were just lovely. Very friendly, extremely helpful and welcoming. Great weekend - thank you Mucky Duck

    Two seater setter made all the difference for watching tv.real ground filter coffee in room outside patio.staff really friendly nothing 2much bother .would definitely stay again.
