    Little extras like perfume , nice soaps. Soft towels - a little bottle of wine , fruit , porridge , nice sunny room very clean

    The location - near to town and easy to find I think the proprietors haven’t spared any expense on facilities / the room. Nice to be able to come and go with a front door key. Very good shower. My room - there was a ledge to put my milk on outside the bathroom window - to keep it cool. The windows shut a lot of the noise out.

    Breakfast was in the room and seemed ok. - pots of porridge and apples. There was a small bottle of wine and water which was a nice touch. The room was very modern and clean, bed comfortable. Bathroom similarly, modern and nice cleansing products. Hairdryer and hair straightners, very good and unusual to have both.

    Beautiful property very lovely and helpful staff Rachel was very welcoming and friendly and I'm not sure of the Irish ladies name but she was equally as lovely and recommended lots of places to visit in the area we was given a beautifully clean and spacious room and the small bottle of wine was a lovely touch we didnt know the area well but it's very close to a street with lots of food and drink options highly recommended and we cannot wait to stay again

    Clean, comfortable, stylish. Lovely gardens. Good sized bedroom., nice cotton bedding. Good powerful shower. Welcomed by friendly host with useful advice about Hertford.
