En el restaurante nos trataron super bien. El camarero, que es portugués, fue super amable y nos atendió estupendamente. El postre delicioso.

El hotel en realidad estaba cerrado por algún motivo que desconocemos, así que nos reslocaron en el hotel de al lado (Royal) sin ningún cargo extra.

Good location. Booking was moved from smaller sister hotel across the road, so essentially got a double for a single price. Excellent view.

Hotel was warm and comfortable. I had booked Royal Hotel which was slightly more expensive on Booking.com but found I had been put in the Ben Doran. It was no big deal but I could have save the modest extra. There was quite a bit of confusion on reception about my booking.
