Location is easily accessible. The staff are exceptionally helpful and professional. I like that they have a no frills option for towel and toiletries. This help travellers like us to be more eco conscious and eco-friendly. We pay a cheaper rate for opting out of toiletries and towels since we would usually bring our own. Furnishing and bathroom is modern, clean and bright, although you can’t quite tell from the facade of the building until you enter the lift to level 3 where the reception is. -

They have a nice common area in level 9 that you can get hot / cold drinking water, coffee, tea and some small snacks. They also have an accessible bathroom in the common area which is very thoughtful. A coin-operated washing / drying machine is outside at the balcony at the common area. The balcony is also a good spot for people who smokes. I also like they give generous snacks and drinks in the room. You can get bread for breakfast and cup noodles for supper for free. The bed is comfortable. Water pressure in the bathroom is strong. There's a water leakage at one of the corner in our room, we gave feedback to the staff and they quickly sent someone over to check. Also worth-noting, our room has a shoulder and neck massage machine that is free for use. It's extremely useful after a tiring day out. -
