    Fantastic property. Beautiful and peaceful location. Staff and owners so, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast out of this world with both international and local dishes. Nothing to fault.

    Our superior rooms at the first floor were spacious, with wooden furniture and unique decoration. The wide balcony with the elegant seating area had a breathtaking view over the fields, the small pond with the blooming water lilies and the mountains at the background. The surprisingly huge breakfast and dinner were really tasteful. The staff was always smiling, helpful and attentive. We felt deeply satisfied staying at this hotel.

    the breakfast was insanely good. the service in restaurant for dinner is slow, but the food is good. Standard rooms are very basic and a little noisy but good value for money. Service from reception was great.

    Nice room and dining area and wonderful breakfast. All the staff were great and helped me make the most of my stay - including cycling around the nice surrounding countryside, villages and the town. The staff also helped book the bus for my onward travel.

    breakfast is huge though unusual for Myanmar standard, as they give only sweet treats and fruit, hardly u can eat all of them. location is maybe the best thing about this small family-run guesthouse, hidden among a garden full of shady trees and peaceful when compared to the noisy main road and town nearby. the staff, and in particular the young lady manager, are very helpful in anything u may need.

    The view, perfect located outside town in the ricefields, best place to stay to relax, staff is so nice and takes care about everything, planed to stay 2 nights but stayed 4. And the breakfast is amazing
