Was allowed to check in early with breakfast without additional charge. Room given to me was also spacious with a nice view of the Taung Gwe Pagoda. The hotel also has bicycles that guests can use for free. The staff were very accommodating and helped me book a bus ticket to Mandalay. Jacky, the general manager is an angel, really so nice. She made sure that my stay was comfortable and even allowed me check out late, again for free, while waiting for my bus departure time.

Staff was superb. Helped out with every question and always smiled. Receptionist spoke very well English, communication was no problem at all. The arranged a tour to the surrounding villages with the help of a befriended agency. Had a very good time. Slightly more expensive than in town, but travel agencies are also not easy to locate in Loikaw. Got upgraded to a room on second floor with a big double bed and views of the golden pagodas. Hotel was fairly empty as it's off season. Breakfast buffet was therefore not on offer for two days, but you could ask to bring you eggs of your likings. It's spotless clean, shower had hot water (although little low on pressure, but still good enough to wash your hair), TV is only showing six channels (one international sports), but WiFi is available on streaming speed. Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel

Staff is really going over and beyond for you and are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and comfy, food is very good. Good hot shower and A.C. I would stay here again.

We have received a very nice room with a view to the garden. The room was cosy and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offers variety of asian meals. The staff was kind and helpful. we have enjoyed our stay.

All hotel staffs were helpful, friendly, funny and lovely with us. Maids, Manager, Receptionists, Security guards, ... We really had the feeling of being part of the family. We got upgraded without asking, they helped us to book motorbikes and bus tickets, arranged a diner on the rooftop just for the three of us. And best of the best: they offered a birthday cake to my mother and designed "Happy Birthday" with flowers on her bed. Thanks a lot for all those attentions
