La comodidad de la casa en la playa y el arrecife con toda la fauna, peces, tortugas, rayas, etc. La casa y el lugar es más bello que lo que se ve en fotos.

The apartment has a nice view from balcony (we lived in second floor). Kitchen has everything to cook a meal. Comfortable bed. You’d better have a car (rentable or you own) to get here ‘cause no shops around.

This was a 10/10 experience for us. The beach is always clean, and so are the facilities. Watch the sunrise straight from the bed, go snorkeling on a kayak or paddleboard in the near coral reef. Make your own frozen margueritas and quacamole. The kitchen is well equipped.

I had an absolutely amazing time at Nah Uxibal. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The caretakers take such a good care of it and you don’t even see when they are doing it (magic!). I was visiting during sargassum week and the beach at Nah Uxibal was perfect. The villas are very clean and comfortable and have everything you need to make your stay easy. Even though there were other people at the property I had a lot of privacy and enjoyed myself snorkeling and kayaking at the beautiful reef most of the time (when not laying in my personal hammock reading). The management was perfect: all of my questions were answered promptly. I was provided with a lot of helpful info in advance. My early check in was made possible. I felt safe and very well taken care off. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Only a handful of rooms on the property, but everyone on different schedules so basically had a private area of the beach to ourselves. The access to snorkel equipment, kayaks, paddle board were great.

The place was beautiful. The location perfect. For a nice quiet relaxing vacation away from the craziness of Cancun, this is the perfect spot.
