    The breakfast was not that great, but the location is good enough to easily go to a nearby coffee shop with great food. Cleanliness is great, location is great.

    Upon check in and check out, staffs helped with luggages. It’s a 2 storey boutique hotel with no lift. Hotel locates at 2 streets away from busy road. You won’t hear any noise once u r in ur room. Our family room is spacious enough for family with 2 kids. Clean beddings, towels, bedroom and bathroom. Many yummy eateries within walking distances. I was presented with a hotel souvenir fridge magnet and a selection of Penang landmarks postcards upon check out

    the hotel is very nice, love the design. and the location is superb. most of the attractions is within walking distance. we love the local style breakfast with nyonya kue and nasi lemak.

    The dining area is cosy. The array of breakfast was good for a mature group. Toiletries represent the hotel well. One of our group of 4 went to have a walk. By a certain time, front desk called us to ensure that the person had returned before the place was locked up. Warm and personable overall.

    Everything. Beautiful traditional decoration, very comfortable beds, great shower. Breakfast was poor but we're not big eaters first thing so not a problem for us but if you paid for it you might be disappointed. Fab bar on the corner at the end of the street with live music.

    Location good. Breakfast was TERRIBLE. The worst thing was all the windows were blocked and I was obliged to use the noisy aircon constantly. This factor should be made evident on the Booking.com web site for all those like myself who suffer from clausophobia. It was very trying.

    Very authentically restored .Beautiful furnished rooms , nice , comfortable and very clean . Simple but adequate breakfast included . Very nice strong brewed coffee

    Cosy little room with a big comfy bed. Quiet even though right by bars etc. Staff were extremely helpful. Basic but nice continental breakfast. Tea and coffee available all day for free. Overall a great little boutique hotel
