The rooms are very big , the bed is super comfortable and the shower is hot! Aircon works perfectly. There is a mini bar which is stocked up. WiFi also very good. This is a perfect place to stay if visiting Pyay :) We rented a bike from the hotel and they also gave us some information and map about where to go etc which was very helpful. I would also like to add a massive thank you to the staff and owner for being so helpful. I got very bad food poisoning and had booked the bus to Bagan + Bagan hotel for the next day. On this morning staff could see I was very unwell and called up the bus company and hotel and changed everything for us so we could stay another night. They offered me bottles of water and medicine. I am so grateful for them to have done this. Amazing service!!

Very helpful staff at the desk, especially Thoun Hlaing who booked bus tickets for us and organised a scooter. Great comfy big bed. Excellent breakfast with rice and beans or chicken noodles, eggs, fresh fruit, toast and jam. The room had a fridge and they provided us an extra seat for the porch without asking. Good hot shower. Valley Restaurant 10 min walk was so excellent we went both nights. A quiet location down a side street. The bus dropped us at the end of the road which made it a 5 minute walk. Thank you for making us welcome.

One of the best home stays we’ve stayed at, the staff were the best we’ve had in all our time travelling. They went over and above for us, by waiting up for us after our 10 hour delayed bus. Then the next morning put on a late breakfast/lunch for us (free of charge) even though we’d slept through breakfast. Then more than helpful with buses, and the owner even dropped us to the night market himself in the evening. The next morning they then put on a breakfast for us at 5 in the morning before our bus. Room was spacious and comfy bed, great value. Our bus from Ngapali also dropped us to the end of the road. Overall lovely stay and lovely people.

Staff very concerned to help and offer good service. Put BBC and English films on TV when i asked. Rented me a staff bike when motel ones being used. Booked my inward bus ticket and drove me to bus station FOC. Provided good map and details of things to see.

the staff is extremely helpful with good english skills. the welcome at the hotel was surprising in a very positive way, being told they were already awaiting my arrival the whole day :-) trips very organized in a very smooth way. Even the preordered bus ticket to Bagan was reliably booked for me beforehand. the breakfast offered a variety of Myanmar food freshly prepared.
