    - Amazing location in Ortaköy. Hotel strategically located close to everything a guest might need i.e. Bosphorus, restaurants, ATM's, public transport - Exceptional staff and their service. Fluent in English, available 24/7, very responsive, resilient and accommodating any request (from organising taxi, advising on a hairdresser, food, places to visit, exchange of money etc.). Special appreciation to Özgür Öztürk ! - Exceptional cleanliness of room and property in general, including pleasant fresh scent when entering this boutique hotel

    Attic room, great hotel and great view from the attic balcony. it can get a little noisy at times but it was a great location if you want to experience it all. everything was on the doorstep, from markets, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. room comes full equipped with sound bar, tv and blue ray. shower facility was great.

    The staff were excellent in communication especially the receptionist (all 3 of them) that we encountered. Thet try their best to help out in any concern you have. The bosphorus is nearby (walking distance) for a breathtaking views.

    The hotel is situated in a very good touristic localisation in district Ortakoy. There are many buses going to the Old Town (district Fatih). Close there are many restaurants and shops, and also you can travel by ship to different destinations of Istanbul. The room and the hotel in general were very clean and comfortable. There is everything you need in the room. The personnel was very helpful, nice and you could always ask for help. We received Turkish coffee on our arrival and were very pleased with welcoming. Personel was in contact with us just after reservation. We received a detailed instruction how to get to hotel. It is also possible to order hotel taxi which will take you from the airport to the hotel directly. Special thanks to Özgür Öztürk from the hotel personnel who helped us (especially with invoice), was very attentive and communicative. :) We recommend NEVV Bosphorus Hotel & Suites to everyone who wants to spend some days in Istanbul.
