    I had stayed at this hotel a few years ago and thought it was nice. The hotel has faded dramatically since then. Small rooms that were worn down and very frayed. The location is good and the staff was nice but other than those things there is nothing else to recommend.

    Not much really, other than the excellent staff, who were very helpful. The breakfast food was a little formulaic but wholesome. However, the table and work station arrangements were more attuned to a business environment, when it seemed as though 99% of the guests seemed to be holiday makers. The facilities did not live up to the price bracket.

    When we arrived there was no door knob on the bathroom. We reported it and it was fixed immediately. All staff that we came in contact with were both genuine and friendly.

    Location, have stayed in this area a few times, over the road at the Waldorf, but this hotel is definitely not the Waldorf. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. bags were stored free of charge after we checked out due to a late flight. The Lexington Burger my Grandson had on the first night was a winner.

    Liked that i was in the conference place itself and nothing much to write home about the hotel which is so expensive!
