    The staff were extremely friendly and eager to assist, especially Mui. Hope i got the name right. She has recommended various sight seeing locations for us and even provided a simple map to guide us along. The family room is very spacious and sleek with a modern design concept. Everything is new including the bedsheets. Clean and cozzy just right for my family of 3.

    Beds were comfortable. We slept so well here. The space was modern, spacious and in a great location. Helpful and friendly staff who were always at hand to go out of their way to make us comfortable. It was amazing for the price we paid.

    Nexy living has it all. Perfect location, helpful staff and the hotel has a luxurious vibe. The staff are very personal and help us with some little issues we had with our onward bookings. Our room was comfortable and chic. We did not want to leave the comfortable beds and soft duvet and pillows. Hope to stay here again soon when we catch our flight back home!

    We booked the duplex suite. It was well designed, functional and unique. We had a separate living area with sofa. The airconditioning was strong and perfect after walking all day in the heat of Hanoi. We loved it. The staff were also very friendly and good to talk to and get recommendations. We booked a tour to Halong Bay from here which was great value for money. The wifi was strong in the room. We also found it easy to walk everywhere.

    Nexy Living is my personal favourite hotel in Hanoi. I love everything about this hotel. The room I stayed in was beautiful with a gorgeous balcony. I loved the view from the room. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. I can't speak highly enough about the staff. After a long day exploring Hanoi, Nexy was like a refuge from the chaotic world outside. The Wifi is fast and consistent. The location is great. This will be my go to hotel in Hanoi.

    The staff here were so attentive and kind. We felt very well looked after during our stay. They go the extra mile to ensure that everything is fine and that we were comfortable. The room we booked was amazing and we loved the art on the wall. The location is fabulous a few steps away from the Hoan Kiem lake. We loved everything about Nexy and will return.

    Gorgeous accommodation in an ideal location walking distance to the Hoan Kiem Lake. We were greeted with such warmth and excitement from the time we arrived. The staff really made our stay here. The room was spacious with a king size bed and large bathroom. I loved the wall mural on the wall. Room was on the 4th floor and they have an elevator too. Wifi was reliable and fast. Best stay so far in Vietnam.
