    The staff were excellent and provided helpful information and maps. Gave an intro card to the restaurant next door which provided a free dish with your paid meal. Best of all when I somehow managed to leave my passport behind at the hotel, they arranged for it to be brought to me at the ferry terminal.... I was so surprised as I had not discovered it was missing!!! Well done and thanks to Hang and all the staff...

    The location is very near to the town hence easy access to night market. Our room is overlooking the sea.

    The reception lady was super helpful and nice. And the the room was very comfortable. location very close to night market. But the night market a bit disappointed you. I think all the phu quoc is the similar situation . So this area is already much busier then others. Breakfast buffet is varied very suitable for Asian ppl. Like the top roof in the cateen

    The location was perfect. 5 minute walk to the night market. The staff were very friendly, always smiling and greeting us at the door. The room also had a beautiful view of the sea. Plenty of eateries just outside the hotel. Free hot breakfast. Everything was walking distance. Maybe 7 minute walk to the galaxy hotel where you can catch the bus for free to go to an thoi for the cable car. I especially liked that the hotel had cats around the property. It was a bonus for me as I missed my cats while being away from home.

    Helpful staff, we came a bit earlier and they didn't have problem to check us in and even upgraded us to a better room. The room was pretty big with a nice bathroom. There is good buffet selection for breakfast (mostly wester food though). We also rented a motorbike at the hotel which was pretty cheap and without problem.
