    The place was in a lovely location with views over the park and river. Accommodation was pleasant with plenty of room and everything that I needed. The welcome was personal and I was given everything I required - Id stay here again without a second thought

    The location was excellent. Very quiet and very close to Thames river for nice walks. An umbrella for unexpected weather change and a locker was also provided in the room. The hosts are also very warm and friendly.

    Worst stay ever of my life ..... no cleaning ..... no responsive staff .... towels are not changed ... bathroom is the worst .... the washbasin faucet does not give proper hot and cold water .... the shower is either too hot or too cold

    It was a bit stange to not have locks on the doors but the owner was so nice I felt right at home. Nice place and clean room...dont need anything else for a 1 night stay! The owner also let me borrow and adapter.

    Ana fue muy acogedora y la habitación extremadamente limpia y ordenada. También goza de una excelente ubicación para visitar el London Excel, a solo 20 minutos a pie.
