    my room (7) was excellent,,big,modern,good decor. couch big tv,,big bed,,good power shower,,very impressed overall

    Street is a dead end so no through traffic, room was very quiet. Room was a good size with comfy furniture, the bed was a bit on the firm side but I still got a good sleep. TV was big with loads of sport and movie channels, 2 ceiling fans and air con kept the room cool

    Good location in Buakhao (Lengkee) if you want nightlife, but without the noise and traffic. Owner's bar open till late at night.

    Great location in a quiet soi with easy access to everywhere that l wanted to go. A 5 minute stroll to Beach Road, Villa Market etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Large well equipped room with comfortable bed. Will stay here again next time in Pattaya

    Large room with a/c and fans,fridge,microwave,kettle and large flat screen TV on wall,spacious toilet with good shower,room cleaned daily with fresh towels and free bottles of water,overall a very nice stay would highly recommend to people on a budget.Right in the heart of the action but in a quiet cul de sac.
