    Best service and hospitality staff. Looked after me when I arrived extremely late and had lost my luggage. Have me a better room and Opened up the kitchen for me for breakfast. Very helpful and friendly.

    This is a hidden gem of a hotel. Don't be put off by the entrance - inside is a wonderful boutique hotel. The service was amazing - they were so helpful with directions/advice and even offering to call and arrange future hotel bookings for my trip as I don't speak Arabic. Also they ordered in food for me when the room service had finished. The room was big and very comfortable, breakfast was great and the location is spot on

    The property is in excellent location. I arrived 3 hrs early before the check in time, Basem made his best and checked me in early, when I woke up Yara the lovely lady at the reception upgraded me from basic studio to a wonderful room overlooking the Nile I absolutely loved it! Every time I called the reception my needs are met immediately with a smile. My phone wasn’t working they made sure I had someone to get me where I want and insured am safe back to the hotel, they really made me feel as a family. I highly recommend this hotel if your looking for comfort and outstanding stay in Cairo. It will me permanent choice when ever am in Cairo. I also won’t forget Ahmed at the reception who always called an Uber for me. Also, very safe place the security down stairs won’t let anyone up unless they know who they are!
