    Very honest and generous staff . Very good location so close to the main station . Very nice view to the main water canal . Alot of restaurants and shops around.

    The host was super nice and waited past check in time for us. Greeted us out on the street and showed us right to the front door. Also gave us a bottle of wine on the way out! Room was VERY spacious and better then it looks in photos.

    The appartment is located very centrally in a typical venitian Palazzo near Santa Lucia train station. The highlight is definitly the bedroom/Suite with a stunning view to Grand canal. The appartment Is equiped with a kitchen, a nice modern bathroom, a living room. We felt comfortable and safe. The owner, Kim, went out his way to help us. Check in and Check out easy and uncomplicated.

    We liked the location, how clean and quiet the place was. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from our window opened on the Grand Canal. In addition, the host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. A great place.
