    Arunee was jst perfect and she is one pillar of this hotel. Always having a bright smile and a very friendly approach. Next vacation i will be back to Nova express.

    Location was well sited for my business meetings, together with an excellent breakfast arrangement, comfortable surroundings, good Wifi connectivity and very helpful and polite staff that you can call on at any time. As to the security arrangements/porters, you are well assured of your safety at all times, whereby they were always available to assist at all times as well as collecting and delivering your luggage

    Staff was friendly always welcoming help with all questions I had to ask being my first holiday the staff and hotel was absolutely fantastic.

    I definetely recommend this hotel. The room was cozy and clean, the pool on the roof was very nice, cool views also from there. I also liked the hotel restaurant - very good food, menu and service and also very good breakfast. The hotel personnel was very helpful and friendly.
