    When we arrived the staff knew who I was and how long I was staying it was such a lovely personal touch she even gave us a complimentary upgrade :) she then went on to give us tips for dinner and drinks!! A very warm welcome :) The room was lovely especially the bed it was so comfortable! Lovely decorated space and the best part was the location. So close to all we needed to stay in Venice! Breakfast was lovely too we loved the fruit salad :) The honesty bar and all day snacks on offer were a nice touch also. Thanks for a lovely stay x

    Extremely sweet and helpful staff! Very supportive and friendly attitude to guests. Good breakfast, fast check-in and check-out. Good location, close to San Marco, Accademia and shopping area, as well as to private peer which can be used by taxi boats. Authentic old furniture. The feeling of staying in real old Venetian family house is great!

    Nothing to like. I would give the hotel itself a zero! Receptionist nirvana was kind and understanding however had no authority to fix our situation. She did kindly arrange a porter to take our heavy bag to the new hotel, to her I’m great full.

    Great location, staff gave amazing restaurant recommendations and couldnt be more helpful. Lovely breakfast and excellent coffee. Room was superb.

    Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, who made excellent recommendations for restaurants and bars. Beautifully designed rooms, comfortable, arty and quirky. Delicious breakfast, honestly bar, comfortable armchairs, pretty back garden. Fab location 10 mins from St Marks and 10 mins from Accademia.

    A beautiful hotel in a great location, we loved our stay both at the hotel and in Venice - the staff were all very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was lovely, we didn't want to leave!!
