    Location was great, close by to everything you would need. Breakfast had a variety to suit everyone. Staff were very friendly. The hotel is huge. Pools kept the kids amused everyday. Overall id recommenced.

    We absolutely enjoyed the stay, we used the pool and the restaurant almost everyday. The spa was great too. The team at the tour desk and the taxi service were very good too. Plenty of activities lined up for a great family holiday!

    Large and nice swimming pool. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Good air conditioning, quiet and good wifi. Nice and helpful staff. The neighborhood outside the hotel had many shops that were open 24 hours. You can also buy fruit and bbq in the middle of the night from street carts right outside the hotel. We had also stayed in Kata and Karon before, but although this area is a place that never sleeps this was the place where we felt we could relax the most.

    When checking in I had a new credit card and had issues therefore wasn’t happy. I found hotel prices expensive so didn’t use facilities and babysitter over priced. For a massive hotel I think they would benefit more if had a day kids club where you can leave your children whilst parents have some relax time
