    The hotel was quite prompt in arranging the extra bed which I requested during the check in process. The staff were very courteous.

    Loved the pool and restaurant area. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of options. Room was clean a nd very nice. Location next to mall with supermarket in cellar very convenient.

    The staff gave us the first, last and best impression about the country and its people. I cannot describe how much we enjoyed the great hospitality and the awesome facilities especially the pool.I liked the smile on each single one of the staff and the will to help regardless of the problems I faced. The shuttle clean and the driver is polite. The resturant is clean and amazing. Food is always fresh. I cannot tell how much the staff are nice and willing to help.

    Nice small hotel with a beautiful pool. Has an ok restaurant with Indonesian and Western dishes so our son was happy too. Location next to a mall with a small supermarket in the cellar was perfect since we had to recover from flu. Very nice staff as well.

    We had problem with our reservation. It seems there was technical misunderstanding between hotel and booking,com on the breakfast facility. Unfortunately, the front guy did not make the situation getting any better. He's insisted to focus on what's stated in the reservation email. Later, a lady (Jevana? I am sorry If I wrote your name wrong) took over and gave us solution. It might be just a matter of having breakfast or not, but she made us, as customer, feels respected, heard and treated with great hospitality. The breakfast, anyway, was very good. It has lots of variation and taste very good.
