    The staff were so professional, friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much and they placed a bottle of Champagne in the room whilst we were dining as I requested!

    The house surroundings were very good, the building was architecturally very pleasing. The bed was very comfortable. The room decor was very nice. We ate in the bar and the food was good.

    Lovely building (think there's an old pipe organ in the main hall!), fab breakfast, with obviously local produce!!! Bag of old character!

    The beautiful architecture and grounds Helpful staff at breakfast when I told them I was vegan. I had put a note on my booking but the breakfast staff had not received it so they dealt with it at the time very well.

    The staff exceeded my expectations in many ways. We were very well taken care of and no request was too much. They even left a little surprise in the room for my husband's birthday. I'll definitely be going back in the near future.
