    The staff were lovely, snack bar team very friendly. Room was spotless, pool area tidy, loved the sun terrace.

    The staff / location / atmosphere and everything is close by you wont regret it! The manager Ali was very supportive specially for arranging the tours ! We loved it !

    The staff were great. very friendly and helpful and cheerful and polite. The surrounding around the pool was nice, but the sun beds were uncomfortable. Was disappointed that there were towels left on the sun beds as there was a sign to say that no towels should be left. and therefore we could not get a bed due to people putting towels out early in the mornings. One day we went to the pool and every bed was taken , but there was not one person there. The breakfast could of had a bit more to offer on the menu. So we went out for breakfast for 3 days. we used the restaurant in pine hills opposite. Overall very enjoyable holiday, and the manager made a point of coming round and making sure that everything was ok .

    We really liked the location of this hotel because it was right by the main areas for eating (5mins to restaurants or less). We hired a car to go to the beach, but could get shuttle from hotel to the beach. Overall a brilliant place to go on holiday to relax and chill.

    Cocktails are really good and food & deserts are really good at the hotel restaurant Staff is very accommodating and very friendly Rooms and hotel is clean Clean towels every day Room has a small fridge in which is a plus point Good location if you like clubbing, shopping and strolling Super king size bed Wednesday night is bbq night with entertainment - haven’t laughed that hard in years and Michael Jackson was fantastic!!!

    The hotel is conveniently located for the centre of Hisaronu, the rooms are very clean and modern. Staff are very friendly. The pool area is beautiful.
