    Breakfast were awesome. Bit out of the way from Pattaya central so you need a vehicle. Some very nice Thai restaurants nearby. Look for the stand alone ones as they do not have mass western tourists at them.

    Location is in good area, even there is no own beach for leisure, but we can walk through to the beach next to the hotel. Atmosphere surrounding the hotel is very good with plants, trees, boat, yatch (good that no smell of gasoline), we can do jogging or even walking around the hotel. I also like the grass ground area in front of cafeteria (where we have breakfast) that we can lay down on bean bag and take a nap while sight seeing.

    Super hotel. Perfect view from room, staff very helpful! Near hotel ATM. NO CHINECE! Quietly and not many people. I'm sure we will back!

    I was there for a sailing course so it was the perfect location for that. It’s a good 30 minutes from the centre of Pattaya and not a pleasant journey as the traffic is usually horrendous and the price of taxis in Thailand are disproportionately expensive compared to everything else. Taxis took about 20 minutes to arrive when called by reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Room was good and a decent size as was the bathroom.

    Pool was out of action but indoor pool was lovely, gym very old and very hot, needs blinds . Hotel needs updating carpets etc but room was great. Breakfast was ok , fruit needed covering from the fly's.

    The photographs misrepresent the property. There are only four floors and although the middle aged concierge and the supervisor herself were polite and helpful, some other staff members were impolite, rude and mostly struggled with English. Breakfast was good but if you want to commute to Pattya city centre or feel hungry late evening and want to go to a resturant, you will be ripped off by taxi rides of 400 Bhts each way. So unless you want to remain where you are for the duration of your stay and only enjoy the beach, do not stay in this property as you will be paying an equivalent amount for taxi rides back and forth.
