    Breakfast was amazing. Different every day, and almost everything was handmade. So delicious! The house is fantastic, with a lot of character. Joanna is a brilliant host, and made me feel like one of the family for the week that I was there. It's a little bit in from the coast, so bear in mind if you don't have a hire car that it's a 30-50 min walk to the nearest town (you can get taxis of course).

    Great place, superb view, huge house, large room, good equipements, perfect confort and cleaning and the best service you can imagine in a guest house. I really felt as I was at home after 2 minutes with Joanna. Go there without any hesitation.

    We love the place, the swimming pool, the room. The house is just wonderful. The breakfast was great too.

    The Guesthouse was located on a beautiful property where the view is amazing. I was greeted by the host who was welcoming and friendly. The room was well prepared and the bed was very comfortable. They offered a complementary breakfast which was delicious. I especially loved the beautiful garden outside the room.

    This is a lovely guest house. The house has a very familiar flair and superbe hosts. It is located on a beautiful spot overlooking the golf course and the nearby kite beach. Breakfast is outstanding and much better than in the nearby five stars resorts. We would definitely book again. Tip: spend a bit more and get their best room: it's a stunner!

    Very enjoyable stay, peaceful location overlooking golf course close to Rodney Bay. Lovely big room in a great property. Friendly welcoming hosts. Excellent value for money.
