Staff is pretty good and private area in dormitory is big

a very good location, very close to Taipei station, it will be nice if you take a transaction from taipei to other cities. their staff are very kind and warm. many different nationalities freely communicate in the hostel, very comfortable public zone! highly recommend!

Amazing place with amazing owners and staff! The facilities are superb and I do recommend staying here if you travel solo. Very safe and extra hospitable hosts, great location (right in the heart of Taipei) and exquisitely clean. Thank you Hank, Alice and all the staff for the lovely experience with Taipei! Will definitely come back!

Awesome location to the MRT airport train, beds comfy and so much space!! Showers clean and tidy! Can’t complain about anything, perfect for a couple of nights in the city!

The staff there was awesome, very helpful and my room was clean. Location was great, 7-11 just next store.

Owners were very friendly and looked after guests. Breakfast was very tasty and traditional. I sat in the bar each evening and was able to try different craft beer local to the area. Was able to meet different guests which as a solo traveller was important. Hostel was very safe with security deposit box included. Location was very close to the station and near night markets which was perfect for exploring Taipei! As soon as I checked in Hank was showing me maps of Taipei and helping with itinerary planning which was an amazing touch. Would highly recommend this hostel!

All the staff were extremely friendly, I had moved to Taipei for a year alone and they made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Also they noticed I was upset and invited me to join their baby gender reveal at the bar. Going above and beyond.
