    Excelente atención y amabilidad por parte del personal del hotel. Muy bien localización; cerca de los sitios turisticos y de la vida cotidiana de Istambul. La habitación muy buena, amplia,buen baño, con vista al Bosforo, cocina, balcon, sala y comedor.

    Ubicación muy céntrica, muy limpio, sin ruido. El personal fue extremadamente amable con nosotros en todo momento. El desayuno esta muy bien.

    The staff were just amazing they could not have been kinder! Can and Ibrahim at reception catered to all our needs (trust me we were demanding and annoying) especially having a one year old and Aisha at breakfast made us delicious fresh food and gave us everything we requested. The location is just perfect right next to the tram and metro (2 min walk) and a short walk from the famous Sultanahmet, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Its a very lively area even at night with everything you need around the corner. The rooms were clean, fully equipped and very comfortable. We booked three rooms at the hotel as it was a family holiday and everyone of us would stay only at the Old Port Hotel if we were to come back to Istanbul we cannot recommend it enough! Thank you everyone at the Old Port hotel for such a memorable stay!!

    It is perfectly located to explore the old center, the bazars, Galata and it is even near the ferries, if you want to have a tea near de river In the Asian part of Istanbul. The staff was amazing, very nice and helpful. Cihan really made us feel at home. We were upgraded to the suite, so we couldn't want a better place. The room is very confortable and clean, with all the amenities you need. We're coming again :)

    The hotel staff was among the nicest we have found anywhere, attending to every need and providing very helpful information about the city and everything else. The hotel was very conveniently located, very close to public transportation, as well as the main attractions, such as the Topkapi Palace (10 minutes walking), the Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque (15 min) and the Galata bridge (<10 min). There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well, including the hotel's own coffee shop. The room was spacious enough and very confortable, with a very nice view of the Bosphorus and lots of amenities. The bathroom was amazing and (apparently) restored recently.
