    Beautiful location and exceptionally clean. Tea making facilities in the room, towels provided. Friendly host and yummy breakfast.

    Alex was a delightful hostess , the room was luxurious and comfortable . The breakfast especially the home-made bread was exceptional. Prior reviews cited train noise this was not an issue at all.

    A Lovely welcome from Alex. Quiet spacious room with en suite. Aroma of freshly baked bread in the morning. Delicious all round!Highly recommended.

    Host was very welcoming and pleasingly very efficient. Accommodation comprises a medium sized, double room on the second floor with large, very nicely finished en suite with walk in shower. The remainder of the property is the home of the owner. The location is beside the rail line however even with the window open the noise level was very low. The property is accessed by a footpath, this is within yards of Teddington Rail Station. Breakfast was of continental style with freshly sliced fruit and homemade breads.

    The location is great as it's a two minute walk from Teddington Station - we were going to the rugby final and the train to Twickenham was only 7 mins. The B&B is very clean and tidy but if you are a bit 'dodgy' on your legs then maybe this one isn't for you as the stairs are quite steep. Our hostess was very welcoming and in the morning she made beautiful soda bread and a lovely fresh fruit salad for us.

    Host went out of her way to make us welcome; offered to refund us when she realised we may be disturbed by railworks; allowed us to leave luggage on day of departure while we were out; Freshly made bread for breakfast.
