    After speaking to booking.com we got a resolution the next day (after 1 night with little sleep) and were moved to the room we had booked. The owner told us that booking.com had listed the room types incorrectly. The new, bigger room had what we originally expected, 2 double bedrooms and a seperate sofabed. The apartment was large and this one had been properly cleaned. If this was the room we had one the first night this review would be a 9 or 10 out of 10. The location was great, easy instructions on how to get into apartment and the (2nd) apartment was clean and well layed out. If we had to stay in the first room for the full 4 night stay we would have booked a nearby hotel for 2 of our group. The first room would have been fine for a couple (had it been cleaned properly). I would have expected either booking.com or loft affair would have refunded the first night for the mistake and the 2 hours of phone calls that were needed to correct room. However, nothing was received.

    The apartment is very clean and is very close to the old town. Lots of nice touches, like tea and coffee, sugar. oil and salt and pepper. Good value for the price.

    The 2 bedrooms apartment on the 3rd floor is amazing, true feel like home experience. Very clean and spacious - plenty space and 6 can sleep if the sofa bed in the leaving room is used. (The leaving-room has a nicely decorated kitchenette.) Perfectly located on a very quiet street of a very safe area, 6 minutes’ walk from the main square yet far from any party zone and late night-noise. The owner was available and responded to our questions quickly and politely. Some interesting restaurants and a great breakfast cafe ("Soho Cafe") right around the corner.

    The location was perfect - 10 min walk from the main square. It was clean, bright and warm. It was nice to have a washing machine for our own use. It is very beneficial if you travel for a long period of time.

    Location was perfect. Close enough to centre to go by foot, far enough to avoid too much noise at night. The apartment was very clean and modern. We received very clear instructions how to enter and a taxi was arranged for us on our way back to the airport.

    Absolutely brilliant, best apartment we ever stayed, staff always available by phone, location brilliant and space inside was amazing. Decoration, cleanliness faultless.
