    The location was fantastic, we walked to everything. The room was spacious and perfect for 2 people. Loved the beautiful lobby and historical feel to the building. The swimming pool was wonderful each afternoon to cool off in with a swim and drink. Plenty of fantastic places to eat and drink in the area without having to hit Bourbon St.

    The Customer Service from Mrs. Yates was fantastic by making sure that we received all of hotel accommodations. Also the bell hops were friendly, helpful with storing our bags and obtaining reliable transportation.

    Location is great. Rooftop pool was good as well. Concierge and doorman very good.

    the location was fantastic, the pool area on the roof was nice but small, it could be very difficult to get a bed

    A second floor room with a balcony overlooking the street from which we could hear music at twilight was a wonderful addition and worth the extra cost.
