The place was nicely furnished with many facilities to make the stay enjoyable. We especially love to hang out at the common room in the basement, it has many games and very comfortable seats to just chill in. The staffs there were really friendly and helpful, the service is really great. Location is great too! It is just a short walking distance to Beitou MRT which makes it easy to travel around. It is also near old street food stalls there serve delicious food. All in all, it has made our 2 nights stay at the place very memorable and enjoyable one.

Staff were very helpful, list of hot springs in the area and prices so you could quickly get to grips with it. Location really great for beitou area, of course this is out of the centre of the city-dont complain about this- do your research!! Really clean and nice communal areas.

Had a very helpful and cheerful lady help me with the check-in process, and another guy who shared some advice/tips on getting around the area. Had my room upgraded to a 2-person room, which was really spacious. The hostel had a nice basement area for people to gather around and read books/play games.

Shower room was clean and tidy. There is a lift for the luggage. Introduction to the nearby area was clear and detailed.
