    Loved the hotel - very beautiful and stylish. Bedroom was large and elegant with super comfy bed, powerful shower and huge bath. Staff were helpful and hotel is in great location.

    Spacious comfortable room, relaxing atmosphere. Friendly helpful professional staff. Food was good, wife is vegan and there was a vegan menu and staff helpful with suggesting options. Also had a small dog with us and hotel very accommodating. Not a hotel where you feel bombarded with rules and regulations - flexible and helpful.

    The staff were all very polite and helpful, a special mention goes to David - he was simply lovely! The Gaudium grand room is spacious, well laid out with a beautiful design. It offers ample space if you want to have a night in and take a break from the bustling city. The hotel is well located in the West End - take some time to explore the neighbourhood, it doesn't fall short on cafes, boutiques, museums etc. compared to the city centre. Very good breakfast with a good choice of continental and cooked options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

    I preordered champagne to be delivered to the room as it was my husband’s birthday. This was chilled in an ice bucket on arrival along with a fresh berry selection and a happy birthday message.

    We loved our room, the bed was the comfiest bed ever, the bath in our room was absolutely amazing aswell, we loved the beautiful stained glass windows and the decadent decor, we loved the drinks from the bar, made beautifully and we loved the breakfast, absolutely delicious.
