    Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel and the room were like new and modern. Good location. Will definitely consider this hotel again when I go to Istanbul.

    The location is amazing, all you need close by. It’s very new and modern, the staff very friendly, responsive even before the stay and helpful, breakfast very yummy. Highly recommend!

    The the team Opale was really friendly and kind, especially Ozgur, always helping and giving good suggestions. The hotel has really good location and public transportation is close. Galata tower, good restaurants and a hip shopping street are few steps from the hotel.

    This hotel has the best location, it is close to all public transportations and therefore easy to travel to different places in Istanbul. The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and they have a nice breakfast with filter coffee. We definitely recommend this hotel to others and we would stay here again.

    Place is very clean, location is super - just one tram stop from Galata bridge, right in front of the entrance the paved climb to the main pedestrian street is escalating.

    The location of Opale in Karakoy was excellent. Several locals commented unprompted how our location was very ideal. Outside of the touristic center, but close to the T1 tram (which takes you straight into Sultanahmet, the sightseeing center) and busses, and walking distance to sights like the Galata tower and the Galata/Beyoglu neighborhood which is full of hip restaurants and bars. The room itself, while small (like most Istanbul rooms), was nicely decorated, modern, clean and comfortable. And Ozgur went out of his way to help us and get us what we needed! The check in desk was also staffed 24hours which didn't matter so much for our stay but was comforting to know they were there to help.
