    Limpio, cómodo, el personal muy atento. La ubicación depende de lo que una quiera, sí es estar cerca del old quarter, el lago, etc. No, pero sí quieres estar tranquila después de un día de calor i caos en Hanoi si, ademas tiene piscina.

    el desyauno excelente variado cantidad perfecta y fresco todo, la ubicación es un poco metido pero execelnte central cerca centro comerciales restaurantes

    The pool was fab. The staff were all very lovely. It was out of the city just enough to be away from the chaos, but still close enough to get there quickly.

    Breakfast is a la carte, so it is fresh and you don't have to face trays of cold food in a buffet. The beds were comfy, with fluffy duvets. There was so much space in our suite and we loved the views of the lake. If you need a quiet spot after the busyness of Hanoi, this is in a tranquil location, too.

    To be honest i only picked this hotel as it was my last night in Hanoi and it was close to the best restaurant in Hanoi and i couldn’t leave without going back! (Bao Wow, check it out!) Anyway, not bad hotel, location was great! Can walk to a few really cute hidden places for food, breakfast options weren’t bad, staff were friendly enough (apart from the weird man who tried to get into our room at 6am..when my boyfriend went to the door he apologized so i think it was just an honest mistake haha).

    Everything was perfect! Nice apartment with everything you need, staff was really nice and helpful and the pool was great. Food was also very good!
