    THE RECEPTIONIST WAS POLITE, AND ALWAYS TRY TO SOLVE MY PROBLEMS OR ANY QUESTIONS. HE HELP ME WITH THE LAUNDRY AND WITH THE REMOTE CONTROL OF THE TV.

    The staff working lnight shift Feb 14 was the most disrespectful person ever. It’s as if he did not want me at the hotel for (possible prejudicial reason) . When he finally agreed for me to be there he gave me the most smelly/unclean room at the hotel. This room was change to a much better one by a very pleasant lady staff the next day .
