We booked at the last minute because of a problem with our reserved bed and breakfast. We had no time to research the property and needed to take the first available opening due to time and language restrictions. Our Italian guide in Rome arranged the two rooms because it was near the airport where are previous rooms were reserved. The rooms are above a wonderful pizzeria and coffee shop which had great food and delicious pastries. We ended up having dinner in the evening and of course the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The rooms are large, clean, nice shower, and comfortable bed. Although there was a language barrier, the staff was very friendly and helpful, even arranging transportation to the airport in the morning. We highly recommend this neighborhood gem to experience life in Italy!

The room was comfortable. The stuff is very kindly. But there isn't a wet bar or even a kettle. The room was poorly illuminated.

Rooms were a very good standard, surprisingly modern. Ostia Antica excavations a reasonable walk away and a good handful of bars/restaurants en route.

The staff were extremely helpful, enthusiastic, providing wonderful service. English was spoken which made things easy for us. They provide a lift to the airport at half the taxi price. Their cafe/bakery below the rooms was fantastic. Highly recommended
