    Apart from the woeful bed, it was a good stay. Plenty of hot water, very clean, good facilities, large fridge and MW in room, foxtel and comfy couch, even the pillows were better than most 5 star hotels. But the bed! OMG , my dog has a comfier bed. The coils were digging in to me all night. Simple solution of a mattress topper would have made the stay perfect

    Location was excellent. One block from the beach. Plenty of close by eating options. For pre-dinner, Dan Murphys close by for a Marlborough Pinot. The Aldi for cheese and biscuits and a good cake shop across the road.

    The reception lady was friendly and very helpful. Our car was too high for the underground car park,so we were provided with another off street safe parking spot.

    Management did not hesitate to change our room once we discovered our first neighbours were obnoxiously loud.

    Modern room with comfortable bed and large screen tv. We were only there for a night but would happily stay there again. Despite facing the main road, it was very quiet.
