    I liked that it was cozy and quaint unlike the big name hotels nearby. The cool vibe with little touches of interesting design ideas (decorated for of the elevator shaft for instance). I liked the happy hour and the free mini bar :)

    The staff were wonderful & helpful. The room was very clean and the lobby is very cosy and inviting. Also the coffee/breakfast was outstanding, and their restaurant 'Mister Percy' is a real gem and an absolute must dining experience during a stay.

    The stand out for was the team of exceptional young people that made my stay so enjoyable. The Hotel has a great vibe, awesome food, funky architecture and some really nice touches in the rooms.

    sorry for the delay with this survey...... it was amazing the staff were fantastic, small touches like a little note left to wish us a Happy 25th Wedding Anniversary. Loved every minute of it , I have already recommended this hotel to others.

    We enjoyed our stay with Ovolo, Love indoor design, very artistically decorated. Good location with 5 mins walk to the Darling harbour and lots of restaurant choices, 10 mins walk to the town hall station. It was good value of money and the staffs are super friendly. We were given an early check-in on our arrival. Exactly what we needed after the very long flight. They also have iPad, and free mini bar in the room and refill everyday inside the room. Check in and check out was smooth.
