    As soon as we booked, Lena contacted us to give directions to the hotel. Upon arrival, she was so friendly and even upgraded our room for free. Good facilities like water refill and kitchen area, beds so comfy. Would definitely come back, thank you!!

    Great and friendly staff, let us check early (we have arrived in Jakarta around 5am and got to the hotel about an hour later) And it was really helpful for us. Good location, atm, shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. We walked to the Nasional Monumen and it took us about 20-30 mins. Also, even though it’s in the middle of the city, the place is very quiet.

    The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. We checked in late due to our flight being delayed and it was possible for us to check in at 1am we are very grateful for that. They helped us find places and told us where was good to go.

    Room was very clean, as were the bathrooms and toilets. The bed was incredibly comfy and it was great that water was supplied for us. Location was excellent for going into town or into the old city.
