    We were welcomed warmly, treated with respect, kindness, and always a smile. Facilities were perfect for our stay, comfortable bed, lots of hot water, good location, excellent breakfast with many choices. All our requests were immediately and efficiently cared for.

    Staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Very helpful with airport transfer. Room was clean and daily complimentary 2 water bottles were appreciated. Received an upgrade to a higher floor level and quieter room. Breakfast was decent

    Fantastic location, walkable to everything you need in Ha Noi (e.g. Food, supermarket, etc.). Also, the receptionist, is particularly helpful. She got in touch with me before my trip to settle my change in itinerary and helped arrange and book my day trips throughout my stay. Fantastic service!

    · A nice hotel and we had a lovely room - very nicely presented. We paid for a room with a balcony and even though the view was over the road in front, it was nice to look out into the trees - as we were on level 3. Didn't hear too much street noise, which was a bonus, but the road wasn't too busy either. The breakfast is quite adequate.

    The most impressive by this hotel is location with easy to walk around from hotel. Staff was so friendly and nice, breakfast was good too. Just only 1 night, but it was worthy for that. Thank you for all and highly recommend this hotel
