    I have been using this hotel for some years and lately, the Standard of the rooms are getting worse. My request / requirement to locate me on 2nd or 3rd floor always gets ignored, irrespective of how early or late I booked. The rooms are getting smaller with less facilities

    I love the simple yet very homey feeling of the room plus there’s a private balcony where you can smoke and a nice chilling area at d rooftop.

    Jeff and the staff were super friendly and comforting. We extended for one more night and they managed all the booking for us. They also tried to find another room for us due to the loud AC. Unfortunately that moment the other guest extended his stay, so we had to stay at 4E with the loud AC. But they really tried their best. The breakfast and lunch right near the reception had a very nice and comfy atmosphere. Food was very good and value for money. And Jeff was a very professional and comforting waiter too. Thumbs up for the cook! Very delicious Comfort Room top! Clean and everything there: Comfy shower zone, shower curtain, foot mat before bath, Shampoo, soap, fresh towels. Bed was ok too and there were also hangers and a cabinet.

    In the middle of Manila we found this nice Hotel with excellent service and nice rooms for a good price. The bed was a bit small for a couple with a man who is tall and masculine bit it was comfy. Really nice view and close to the airport.
