    I'll say it again - the staff is just amazing, they really go out of their way to make the guests feel at home. You get a clean, comfortable room at a quite, peaceful location at a very reasonable price - what more could one ask for?

    First things first - the location and the wonderful staff really exceeded our expectations. The hotel is situated in a quiet little street by West Lake, so we got to be in the heart of Tay Ho district, but still be away from the noise and the crowds. The lovely ladies at the reception desk were very hospitable and friendly, they really made me want to come back to OYO next time I'm in Hanoi. Apart from that, both the bed and the room itself were big enough for the two of us (and we're both big tall people, so we often have issues with bed sizes 😂), and very comfortable. The room was really clean overall, with bedding and towels that seemed pretty new and smelled nice (huge plus).

    This place became our home in Vietnam, basing all expeditions from there with the help of the girls who always are amazing and happy to help. The rooms are spacious, comfy, beautiful lake views especially higher up in the building, amazing internet, amazing area just off the busy street with dope cafes/restaurant, yet in a secluded, quiet, peaceful area along the lake. Cannot recommend this place enough

    The excellent staff really make this place - they go above and beyond to make sure you are looked after with help booking trips etc and are we enjoyed chatting with them. The location is pretty good too - out of the hustle and bustle of central Hanoi but a quick and cheap taxi ride away.
