    This may be the most valuable hotel in Vietnam. The receptionist is friendly & helpful, and she can speak English. Located near Big C and Vincom Center, easy access to Hanoi old quarter by GrabCar. The nearby local food shops are cheap and tasty. Highly recommend!

    When i reached the front door of the hotel, I was greeted by the lady at the reception who spoke fluent english. She told me that my room is not going to be adequate as i had so much luggage. I know about Vietnamese and how they cheat tourists so i was skeptical, but wheb she showed me the room and gave me a very good offer on a bigger room, i was sold. The lady booked taxis for me cheaper than grab. As i had to make many trips to the city and i always gets overcharged, this was very helpful. Also she reminded me about the trip to airport and booked me a taxi for 200.000 dongs which is waaay cheaper than i have ever travelled to airport from hanoi city. Best hotel and best person i have met in Vietnam.

    Cheap hotel with good stuff, clean and cozy rooms. Not so close to old quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake but you easy can get there by grab or go-viet bike taxi through its app.

    the hotel is very modern & clean. away from the busy streets of Old Quarter but still only a short taxi ride away. we stayed here and happy with our stay. staffs are nice & friendly. we enjoy Pho (vietnamese noodle soup) at Pho Ngoc Vuong within 1 min walk from the hotel. we like the quality of OYO shampoo very much. could'nt recommend enough!
