    Newly build apartments so everything was new and smelt good which is lovely. The front office manager, guy who wore spectacles, was very sweet and tried his best to be helpful in every possible way. Our apartment was very small but I liked that it had everything we needed. We could cook meals which was a real bonus.

    cozy bed- slept like a princess . Everything is new and modern and can’t complain about the room and hotel in general. One of the staff was soo sweet and friendly, she was really interested to make my stay comfortable and hoped everything was fine. just one staff on the reception when I arrived was unfriendly . But in general everything was perfect

    Room as pictured. Brand new building and the room was well presented and had a small kitchen area. Staff very friendly and helpful with booking taxis. Location is outside the main city centre but was not a problem. We caught the number 3 bus a 5/10 min walk up the one way street to the bus stop and only cost 6,000 per person. Drops you off near everything you might want to see. Loads of bus stops to get you back and it drops you closer to the door due to the one way road system. Had a great time in saigon and would highly recommend this as a perfect base to your visit

    I stayed in this hotel for one night together with my friend from the Philippines. The place is so clean, the staff are very accommodating, the location is accessible. I didn't regret choosing Universe Apartment to cater my friend here in Ho Chi Minh. I would definitely book again 😊👍

    Friendly staffs, clean and new room, quiet area, proximity to a bus stop (but the road is one-way so going south requires a 5-6 minute walk to a bus stop) Their dog at the lobby is super duper cute!
