    Staff very nice and helpful! Definitely try their on site restaurant because the prices are so good and the food is definitely tasty. There's also good food street close to hotel and again prices were very fair. Medan Tuanku is your closest station (called monorail) - less than 5 minute walk to the station. Bit longer to come back to hotel as I could not quite work out where to cross the street. Use Grab to book taxi from airport to hotel. It's about 60 min drive but only cost around €15. It worked out cheaper than using train. I am still surprised that it was so cheap to use taxi. When you go back to KLIA make sure you choose the right terminal as we needed to go to terminal 2 and it took about 20 minutes to transfer between terminals (includes a bus ride).

    I'd like a front desk personnel who were really not only knowledgeable and follow the hotel policy BUT has an effort to assist patronage in certain circumstances BY CONSIDERATIONS. actually we all living not by the laws or policies, above all is ONLY A CONSIDERATIONS!.. TQ

    It's was amazing place and near mall monorail station and specially restaurant if you feel tired they have inside restaurant menu just call and order . Totally awesome.
