    Location in Karol Bagh is close to Metro and a large shopping street. Room was large and reasonably quiet. I was able to check in very early having travelled on an overnight bus from HP and then used the Metro to arrive before 8.00am. Staff were respectful despite the issues that we needed to negotiate.

    The rooms are spacious and the hotel is centrally located.

    Did not get the breakfast on any of the days. Even after repeated connects to booking.com the issue was not resolved. Booking.com has not reputation and its policies are not followed by the hotel as per hotel manager

    It was really bad experience in booking it was given breakfast as complimentary but nothing was at hotel i will share with all this bad experience of oyo hotels

    The bed sheets are dirty in all rooms.They haven't changed them though I have requested.No complementary breakfast was provided.That is a fault from your side.

    Staff was non coperative,One window was broken,Room was shabby ,bathroom was not clean and A.C was not working.They refused to provide Coffee or tea at the arrival.
